This is a blended learning approach. We combine a face-to-face classroom session with a livecast from our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This interactive learning methodology uses the power of technology to give you the same content, design, and experience of our highly-rated Social Media Program. Take part and collaborate with your teams in a hands-on and experiential learning experience to be led by your on-site facilitators.
Once enrolled in the program, you will gain online access to course resources. You are also entitled to a lifetime access on a collection of online learning modules. This will complement your learning experience to ensure you are equipped with expert knowledge on Social Media Marketing.

Who can take this program?
This is open to everyone who wants to deep dive digital learning in social media. The general profile of our students for this program range from marketing professionals, marketing specialists, PR managers, and entrepreneurs.
Do I need to have a marketing background?
No. Although this program immediately deep dive into digital marketing, prior experience or extensive knowledge in marketing is not necessary.

What happens if I cannot make it to both (2) scheduled classes?
The program is designed for 2 days full of a comprehensive learning experience on the basics of social media marketing. However, a 1-day rate is offered for those who wish to attend only 1 class session. Should there be any complications with your schedule, our Customer Support Team may discuss with you our rescheduling policy.
Do I receive a certificate after the program?
We give a Certificate of Participation upon your completion of the whole program. This is inclusive of the full-day regular class rate. There will be no CDM Certification offered for this program.
You may also choose to receive a CDM Certification for Social Media. This is earned after finishing the course and passing the certification exam. We recommend to get this CDM Certification to be a recognized expert in your field.
